GUEST SERVICES
The guest services office is located inside the main gate.hosts and
hosteses are available to assist guests with general park information.
ATM CASH MACHINE
Atm machines are available right inside the main gates by the gift
box beside hurricane bay.
CREDIT CARDS
Master card ,Visa, and Discover Cards are accepted at ticket booths
and most gift shops in the park.
FIRST AID
first aid stations are located behind the Enterprise ride and in
Hurricane Bay next to Barefoot Cove. EMT's are on duty all the
time.
GUESTS WITH DISABLITIES
For information on guest with disabilities please visit guest services,
located at the front of the park. You can pick up a hand out detailing
information you need to make your day more enjoyable.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Some rides and shows will close temporarily during electric storms,
heavy rain, or for required maintenance.

POLICIES
Shirts and shoes must be worn at all time while in the park.No line
jumping or cutting is permitted. Line jumping may result in
ejected from the park without refund .Smoking is prohibited.
